CERTIFICATION SUSPENSION AND WITHDRAWAL

1. Granting:- Issuance of certificate is approved by technical committee compressing of MD, Controller/ Technical Director, Quality Manager, certification manager, technical expert , lead auditor after receipt of satisfactory stage 1 and stage 2 audit report.

2. Refusing:-the company reserves its right to refuse issuance of certificate on the ground of non-cooperative during audit, non-closure of NC’s during reasonable period and suppression of certical information required for certification.

3. Maintaining:- UCSPL A system of maintaining certification based on demo that The client continues to satisfy the requirement of the audit standard .

4. Renewing:- UCSPL follows system of issuing the certificate which I valid for a period of three year with two surveillance doing first &second year of issuance.

5. Restoring: - the certificate so suspended can be restored by the company after the observation during review of audit report and subsequent verification are properly rectified by the client.

6. Withdrawing: - UCSPL had a policy of withdrawing the certificate in the cases of non-satisfaction of observation / suppression of certical information coming to the notice of UCSPL AT A LATER DATE.
